HOW WE WORK...

We work in close partnership with Developers across the country, acquiring their developments, reducing the stress and time sales can take. We buy off plan and completed stock including unsold lots (minimum 10 units). We always look to acquire the freeholds (ground rents) and will always ensure developers receive a competitive price in today’s ever evolving ground rents market. We undertake full management of all the freeholds and we understand the needs of leaseholders and the importance of developer reputations.
Symonds Homes will exchange contracts directly with the developers as early as possible once planning for developments has been granted. We will consider anything from 10 – 500 units including mixed use developments in England and Wales.  As we have close relationships with some of the largest funds, we are able to consider schemes larger than 500 units on a joint venture basis.
